LATE

It is 12:26 a.m., I have just settled into pajamas and put the kids to bed! Why is it so LATE! This is THE very best description of several things in my life yesterday, last week, last month and quite possibly tomorrow. (not expecting any babies, but I have a to-do, to-read, and to-pay list a mile long!)
LATE – CP time? I hate that – why do black folks have to be typecast as late. That is on my top ten list of the worst stereotypes of black people along with: chicken & watermelon, lazy, criminals, athletes, street strompers (that’s old school for hoe), loud, stupid, dirty, and poor.
LATE – do you see how something so simple can easily become complex in a matter of seconds? Like that first LATE appointment at the beginning of the day which creates a domino effect that sets back your schedule for the rest of the day?
Let’s work together on this one – let’s work really hard not to be LATE for anything the next 48 hours.
